The Ovilus will not connect to my WiFi
The most common cause is the network name.
Not that the the SSID (or network name) is case sensitive.
I plugged in my headphones and the Ovilus is still speaking.
The internal speakers must be manually set to headphone mode. Go to the main settings page > Audio Settings then toggle ON/OFF the Headphones / Mute Speaker option.
I can’t select any modes or click anything!
The Touch Screen works best with quick taps of your fingernail rather than the pad of your finger.
The Ovilus V is a resistive touchscreen, not a capacitive touchscreen like a smart phone. It takes a bit of time to get used to the difference.
Additionally, if you are in Draw, T/F, Proximity or Motion mode the screen may simply be paused. Look at the top left to see if the small double bar pause icon is present. If so simply tap on the center of the screen to resume.
How do I view/download the word log to my computer?
